When you say gain a little bit of rpm, where does it gain? I'm new to these style clutches and I don't understand if your meaning it'll engage quicker or itll raise the rpm of engagement. Or do you mean peak rpm. Reason I ask is I have a renegade 1k with cvtech primary and stm secondary, itll engage feels like 3500rpm. It plays hell on the u joints it was used in racing when I got it and was tuned for low gear I assume, in high gear wot itll only run 40mph quick then has a dreadfully slow climb to 53 and seems to peak. Really like to lower engagement rpms and gain some top end speed if possible, thanks

I had those on my 850. Junk quality. Weights had wear on the ramp and caused bogging. Another guy I know had the same weights. Same issue. Wore out the same way.

Do the 18-19 ctec engines have the same issues?

I have two factory sets i weighed. One set was .3 grams heavier than engraved and the other .4 grams heavier than what it should have been. Not usre if that is the bushing or not or if the bushing is counted in the total weight. Either way i was extremely impressed how well they were matched. One set only varied 0.01 and the other set 0.03 grams. Very impressive from the factory!!!!! What has you experience been with sets of weights removed from snowmobiles?

Living in New Zealand, I ride between 204m (669 feet) above sea level to 1,450 metres (4,760 ft) up in the mountain trails. My Turbo S is tuned to Stage 3 (AA custom tunes) and a S3 clutch. I have been thinking about replacing to turbo with the bigger one but I'm told bigger turbo's spool up slower than smaller ones. I race fast and I'm all about how fast I can get from 0 to 60mph. Would the bigger turbo be an advantage in this situation please ?

Thank you for a good video. Very good explane video. I have got replaced a Alanka twin turbo on my BMW 525D xdrive 2012. The workshop has not adjust the wastegate and I have no boost on my turbo. I have ran diagnostic and got error 29A400 saying actuator closed too far/positive control deviation. How many psi should I adjust the actuator? I must buy the same hand pump as you have. Is it a Mityvac MV8255?

$10,000...I'm speechless. For the price of a good used car that you can drive for years, you can buy a turbo for your RZR. And it doesn't stop there. Front drive will not last, Axles will not last, Slipper in the transmission is not going to last, drive belts wont last. How many people can actually afford this stuff?
